How much does it cost?
We sell one thing, at one price: missed-call text-back for
$197 a month, with no setup fee and a three-month minimum. After that it is month to month. See exactly what is included on the

Why is there a three-month minimum?
Because registering your business with the U.S. carriers takes real work and real money up front, and it only starts paying you back once it is live. Three months is long enough to see whether it is earning its keep. After that you cancel with an email — no phone call, no retention pitch, no cancellation fee.
How long until it is working?
Usually one to two weeks. Your business gets verified in a day or two, then the message itself goes through a separate carrier review, and that review is the part that varies. We chase it through and tell you the day it goes live.
Do I have to change my phone number or learn new software?
Almost neither. You keep the business number you already use, and there is no booking system to move to — we build that for you. The one new thing is a free texting app, because replies come in on a business line rather than your personal SIM. Replies buzz on your phone in that app and you answer them the way you answer everything else.
What do you need from me?
Your legal business name, EIN, registered address, website and the number you want it on — copied exactly from your IRS paperwork, because carriers reject anything that does not match. We send you a short form and walk you through it. It is about ten minutes, once.
Do you only work with auto detailing shops?
Yes — that's the whole point. Detailing is the only industry we serve, so the message is written the way a detailer talks, about the jobs a detailer actually books. We know what a call at 2pm on a Saturday is worth to you.
What if I do not have online booking?
Most detailing shops do not, and it works just as well without it — often better. Instead of sending people to a form, the text asks what vehicle and what day they want, and they simply reply. If you do have a booking link, we put it in.
Do I need to be local to you?
Not at all. We work fully remote with auto detailing shops across the United States. Everything is handled online, and we stay in touch by email.
Can I change what the message says?
Any time, as often as you like. Email us the change and we update it. There is no charge for edits — it is part of what you are paying for.
What happened to your marketing packages?
We retired them. Local SEO, social media, AI videos, websites and blog content are no longer sold — we now do one thing properly instead of five things thinly. All of our free
tools, the
detailing school and the
blog stay exactly as they were, free and open to everyone.
